Shipping and Returns Policy


Hey runners! We're excited to get your new gear to you so you can hit the trails (or treadmill). Here's what you need to know about shipping and returns:

Free Shipping!

We believe in free runs and free shipping! Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders, all day, every day.


Shipping: The Race to Your Doorstep

  • Processing Time: We typically process orders within 3-7 days. Think of it as our warm-up routine!

  • Estimated Delivery Times: 3–4 business days for orders in the US (like a quick 5K)​

  • Tracking: Once your order takes off from the starting line, we'll send you a tracking number.

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping info like you'd check your shoelaces before a race!


If your package is running late:

  • Check your email for any address mistakes

  • Ask your local post office if they're holding your package

  • Check with neighbors (maybe they're holding your prize!)


Still no luck? Email us at kyle@botppod.com with your order number, and we'll help track it down.


Returns: When Things Don't Fit Just Right

At Back of the Pack Podcast, we want you to love your gear as much as you love running. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help!

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: Let us know within 14 days of receiving your product. We'll make it right at our expense if it's our error.

  • Lost packages: If your order hasn't crossed the finish line within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, give us a shout.

  • Wrong address or unclaimed packages: Double-check your info! You might be responsible for reshipping costs if the package is returned due to an incorrect address or if it goes unclaimed.

  • Customer returns: If you're not satisfied, contact us before returning anything. We'll work with you to find the best solution, like finding the perfect running shoe.


Important: Our return address is for product returns only. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct address and guide you through the process.
